Sony Fe 24-70 F2.8

Sony FE 24-70mm F2.8 GM II is a full-frame G Master standard zoom lens for Sony E-mount cameras. Its 24-70mm range suits portraits, events, travel, landscapes, and everyday photography. The constant F2.8 aperture provides a bright view across the entire zoom range. In addition, it helps create shallow depth of field and smooth background blur. The optical design uses 20 elements in 15 groups. It includes two XA elements, three aspherical elements, two Super ED elements, and one ED element. Therefore, the lens delivers high resolution across the frame. Sony Nano AR Coating II helps reduce flare and ghosting. Moreover, the 11-blade circular aperture supports smooth and natural bokeh. Four XD Linear Motors drive the autofocus system. As a result, the lens provides fast and precise focusing for both still images and video. The lens focuses as close as 0.21m at 24mm. At 70mm, the minimum focus distance reaches 0.30m. Maximum magnification reaches 0.32x. The compact design weighs approximately 695g. Therefore, it offers easier handling than many large-aperture standard zoom lenses. The lens also includes an aperture ring, focus mode switch, focus hold buttons, and zoom lock switch. Furthermore, its dust- and moisture-resistant design supports outdoor shooting. Manufacturer’s link Check out other options here!
