How reviews work
LebTech reviews are written by buyers with LebTech accounts. Nobody is paid for them, shops can reply but can't remove them, and money never changes a review, a score, a ranking or who is cheapest.
Where you can review
- A shop: on any shop page, tap the stars under the shop name (“Bought here? Rate this shop”), or start from Write a review.
- A product you own: on its page, tap the stars under “Owner reviews”.
- The price you paid: “Bought this here? Confirm the price you paid”, under the shop button on a product page.
What happens after you post

Waiting for a quick check (usually within a day)
New reviews get a quick human check, usually within a day. You can follow it on your activity page, which also tells you when a review goes live, gets a Helpful vote, or is sent back with the reason.
When your reviews go live instantly
From Contributor (30 karma, about 3 live reviews) your reviews publish without waiting. Two checks always apply, whatever your level: an account has to be 24 hours old before its first review goes live, and if someone on the same connection reviewed the same shop that week, a moderator takes a look.

Karma
Karma is your standing in the community. It only comes from contributions other buyers find real.

Karma never buys anything: not a price, not a ranking, not who is cheapest. Supporters get a badge, never karma that changes a score.
The rules
- Write about your own experience with that shop or product.
- 30 to 2000 characters. No phone numbers, emails or links.
- One review per shop and one per product; you can edit yours any time.
- Up to 3 new reviews a day.
- Shops can post one public reply. They can't edit or remove your review.
- Fake, paid or abusive reviews are removed and cost karma. Three reports from different people pause a review until a moderator decides.
- Reviews are the opinions of LebTech members, not of LebTech.
Receipts
You can attach a photo of your receipt to a review. Only LebTech moderators see it, never the public or the shop. A checked receipt gives your review the Verified buyer badge, makes it count ×1.5 in the shop's score and earns +15 karma.
