Bose Quietcomfort Ultra Earbuds 2nd Gen

Bose QuietComfort Ultra Earbuds (2nd Gen) – Premium Noise‑Cancelling True Wireless Earbuds The Bose QuietComfort Ultra Earbuds (2nd Gen) in Black combine Bose’s legacy of audio excellence with modern refinements — delivering a high‑fidelity, comfortable, and feature‑rich listening experience. These true wireless earbuds are engineered for discerning listeners: from music producers and sound engineers to daily commuters, frequent travelers, or anyone seeking immersive, noise‑free audio with maximum portability. This new generation preserves the core strengths of the QuietComfort line — superior sound, adaptive noise cancellation, and secure, comfortable fit — while introducing meaningful upgrades that enhance usability, convenience, and overall listening satisfaction. Key Features & Performance Overview Enhanced Adaptive Noise Cancellation & Immersive Audio The QuietComfort Ultra Earbuds (2nd Gen) use an upgraded algorithm for adaptive noise cancellation (“ActiveSense”), which dynamically adjusts to changing environments and sudden noise spikes — like passing traffic or a loud train — with smoother transitions. They also support “Immersive Audio,” a spatialised audio mode that makes sound feel more expansive and enveloping — ideal for music with layers, cinematic soundscapes, or detailed mixing sessions. Comfort, Fit & Build Quality Each earbud weighs around 7.7 grams, making them light and comfortable even during extended listening sessions. The package includes a fit kit with multiple ear‑tip sizes (S/M/L) and stability bands, allowing for nine possible combinations to ensure a snug yet secure fit tailored to individual ear shapes. The earbuds and charging case use durable materials (plastic PC‑ABS, silicone, metal), and the earbuds are rated IPX4 for sweat and splash resistance — suitable for daily use, commuting, or light workouts. Connectivity, Codecs, and Customization Connectivity is handled via Bluetooth 5.3, with support for SBC, AAC, and — on compatible devices — Qualcomm’s aptX Adaptive for potentially higher audio quality and lower latency. Multipoint connectivity allows pairing with two devices simultaneously (such as a laptop and a smartphone), offering seamless transitions between calls and music across devices. Through the companion app (Bose App), users can customize EQ settings, toggle noise‑cancellation modes, disable capacitive touch controls (useful to avoid accidental inputs), and apply firmware updates — giving granular control over the listening experience. Battery & Charging On a full charge, the earbuds deliver up to 6 hours of playback (or up to 4 hours with Immersive Audio enabled) — while the charging case provides three additional full charges, offering a total of approximately 24 hours of listening time. A quick 20‑minute charge gives roughly 2 hours of playback (when Immersive Audio is off), convenient for on‑the‑go top‑ups. Importantly, the case now supports wireless charging , adding a layer of convenience for everyday use. Use Case Flexibility For professional audio work — mixing, referencing, mastering — the strong noise cancellation, neutral but rich sound, and immersive audio capabilities make these earbuds a viable portable monitoring tool. For daily listening — commuting, social settings, travel — the comfort, robust ANC, and multipoint connectivity ensure a smooth, enjoyable listening experience across contexts. For calls or meetings on the go — the upgraded microphone system with AI‑powered noise suppression improves voice clarity even in windy or noisy environments.
