Canon Rf 24-70 F2.8

The Canon RF 24-70mm f/2.8L IS USM Lens is a standard zoom lens for Canon EOS R cameras. It provides a 24-70mm focal range with a constant f/2.8 maximum aperture. The optical design uses 21 elements in 15 groups. It includes three aspherical elements and three UD elements. In addition, Canon uses Air Sphere Coating to reduce flare and ghosting. For autofocus, the lens uses a Nano USM drive system. Its minimum focusing distance is 0.21m at 24mm. The maximum magnification reaches 0.30x at 32mm. The lens also provides optical image stabilization with up to five stops of correction. Furthermore, it includes a nine-blade circular aperture for its diaphragm. The lens accepts 82mm filters and includes a control ring. It also uses Canon’s RF mount for compatible EOS R cameras. Moreover, the lens supports full-time manual focus. The lens measures approximately 125.7mm in length. Its maximum diameter is approximately 88.5mm. Meanwhile, it weighs approximately 900g. The 24-70mm focal range covers wide-angle through short telephoto views. Therefore, it provides different framing options without changing lenses. The f/2.8 aperture remains constant throughout the zoom range. In addition, the lens combines Nano USM autofocus, optical stabilization, and Canon’s specified optical elements. It also provides a control ring, nine-blade aperture, and 82mm filter size. Manufacturer’s link Check out other options here!
