Designed for modern living spaces, the Alcyone 3 system offers high performance without the bulk of traditional home cinema speakers, making it ideal for apartments, living rooms, and dedicated media rooms where aesthetics matter as much as sound quality. Elegant Compact Design The Alcyone 3 satellites feature a minimalist spherical design finished in matte black , allowing them to blend seamlessly into contemporary interiors. Their compact size enables flexible placement on shelves, furniture, wall mounts, or dedicated stands without overwhelming the room visually. Each satellite includes a magnetic swivel mounting system , allowing precise orientation toward the listening position for optimal sound imaging and immersion. This flexibility ensures consistent performance regardless of room layout. Clear and Cohesive Surround Sound Cabasse’s acoustic philosophy focuses on tonal coherence and spatial accuracy , and the Alcyone 3 system reflects this approach. The satellites are tuned to deliver clear midrange, articulate dialogue, and smooth high frequencies, ensuring voices remain intelligible while sound effects retain precision and realism. When combined with the dedicated subwoofer, the system delivers a seamless transition between frequencies, creating a cohesive surround sound experience without gaps or overlaps. Powerful and Controlled Bass Performance The included Santorin active subwoofer is responsible for low-frequency reproduction, adding depth and impact to movies, music, and games. Designed to handle cinematic bass effects with control and authority, it delivers tight, punchy low end without overwhelming the satellites. This balance ensures explosions, soundtracks, and ambient effects feel powerful yet controlled, enhancing immersion without distortion. Optimized for Home Cinema and Music The Cabasse Alcyone 3 5.1 set is designed to integrate effortlessly with most AV receivers and home cinema processors. Its efficiency and impedance characteristics make it compatible with a wide range of amplification systems, allowing it to perform consistently at both moderate and dynamic listening levels. Whether used primarily for films, streaming content, gaming, or music playback, the system adapts easily to different content types while preserving clarity and spatial accuracy. Flexible Installation and Placement Thanks to their compact dimensions and swivel mounts, the satellites can be positioned precisely for front, center, and surround channels. The subwoofer’s compact cabinet allows it to be placed discreetly within the room while maintaining strong bass output. This flexibility makes the Alcyone 3 system suitable for small to medium-sized rooms where traditional large speakers may not be practical.
