Faber Cooker Hood 90cm

Faber Value PB X A90 90cm Wall-Mounted Hood – Italian Quality at an Accessible Price Get genuine Italian hood engineering without the premium price tag with the Faber Value PB X A90, a stunning 90 cm wall-mounted chimney hood that delivers reliable 430 m³/h extraction, energy-efficient LED lighting, and dishwasher-safe aluminium filters in a timeless stainless steel design. Made entirely in Italy by Faber, the company that has led kitchen ventilation innovation since 1955, the Value PB X A90 proves that quality construction and dependable performance do not have to come at a luxury price point. 90 cm Coverage for Standard and Large Hobs At 90 cm wide, the Value PB X A90 provides full coverage over five-burner cooktops and 90 cm freestanding cookers, capturing steam, grease, and cooking odours from every burner rather than letting the outer zones escape. Whether you are running a La Germania Americana at full capacity for a Friday family feast or gently simmering a single pot of lentil soup, the hood spans the entire cooking surface. Three-Speed Extraction Up to 430 m³/h The single motor delivers three clearly differentiated speeds that cover the range of daily cooking scenarios. Speed 1 provides 200 m³/h at just 52 dB for gentle simmering and reheating, keeping the kitchen quiet during casual cooking. Speed 2 steps up to 270 m³/h at 58 dB for moderate frying and sautéing. Speed 3 engages the full 380 m³/h at 64 dB for intensive cooking like deep frying kibbeh, grilling kafta, and preparing aromatic stews. The maximum motor capacity of 430 m³/h ensures headroom for peak demand moments when all burners are active. This graduated approach lets you match extraction to actual cooking intensity, avoiding unnecessary noise and energy use during lighter tasks. Classic Chimney Design in Stainless Steel The Value PB X A90’s domed chimney profile is a timeless design that suits traditional, transitional, and contemporary Lebanese kitchens with equal ease. The brushed stainless steel finish resists fingerprints and coordinates naturally with stainless steel appliances, sink fixtures, and hardware throughout the kitchen. The adjustable chimney extends from approximately 62 cm to 100 cm to accommodate standard and elevated ceiling heights, while the 47.1 cm depth provides adequate capture without protruding excessively into the kitchen space. It is a design that never dates and always works. LED Lighting for Clear Hob Visibility Two LED lights cast bright, even illumination across the entire 90 cm cooking surface, giving you clear visibility of every pot, pan, and ingredient below. LED technology consumes a fraction of the energy of halogen or incandescent alternatives and lasts dramatically longer, reducing both electricity costs and bulb replacement frequency. The warm light enhances food colours and creates an inviting atmosphere during evening cooking, making the hood as much a lighting fixture as a ventilation appliance. Electromechanical Push-Button Controls The straightforward push-button controls are responsive, intuitive, and built to last. Each button clearly corresponds to a speed setting or the lighting function, requiring no learning curve and no instruction manual. Electromechanical controls offer a tactile reliability that electronic touch panels sometimes lack, with fewer components that can fail over years of daily use. For Lebanese families who value simplicity and durability in their kitchen appliances, these controls deliver exactly that. Dishwasher-Safe Aluminium Grease Filters The self-supporting aluminium grease filters capture airborne grease particles efficiently and slide out for easy cleaning. Place them in the dishwasher every two months for typical Lebanese cooking frequency and they come out fresh and ready to reinstall. Regular filter maintenance preserves extraction performance, protects the motor from grease buildup, and reduces noise caused by restricted airflow. The entire maintenance process takes under a minute of active time, with your dishwasher doing the real work. Ducted or Recirculation Installation The Value PB X A90 installs in ducted extraction mode through a 150/120 mm outlet for maximum efficiency, venting cooking air directly outside. In apartments and buildings where external ducting is not practical, the hood converts to recirculation mode with the addition of optional F3 or long-lasting FLL3 charcoal filters, cleaning the air and returning it to the kitchen. This flexibility ensures the Value PB fits any Lebanese kitchen layout, from new builds with dedicated ductwork to established apartment blocks in central Beirut where exterior venting is not an option.
