Xiaomi Smart Camera C500 Pro

The Xiaomi Smart Camera C500 Pro (MJSXJ16CM) delivers home surveillance powered by a 5MP sensor capable of recording in 3K resolution (2960 × 1666) . Built with a dual-motor pan-tilt-zoom mechanism, the camera rotates 360° horizontally and 114° vertically to eliminate blind spots across entire living rooms, entryways, or nurseries. Engineered with advanced imaging technology, the C500 Pro features an ultra-low light color mode that preserves full-color footage in dim lighting conditions before switching to high-output infrared night vision in complete darkness. The onboard HDR (High Dynamic Range) processing maintains sharpness and tonal balance across scenes with heavy backlighting or strong glare. Data privacy and user control are central to the design. When not in use, the camera features an automated physical lens shield that physically tucks the camera module inside the chassis. Internal hardware security is managed by a dedicated MJA1 security chip , providing financial-grade encryption for all wireless communications alongside AES-128 cloud transmission protection. The camera’s local AI processing runs directly on the device to deliver precise human tracking , pet detection , primary zone surveillance , and acoustic alerts for crying babies or sudden loud noises . It includes a high-power integrated speaker and microphone for clear two-way communication through the Mi Home / Xiaomi Home app , supports dual-band 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz Wi-Fi , and is compatible with both Amazon Alexa and Google Assistant .
