SOLIS 1170 Perfetta Plus, Espresso Machine

Looking for a great start in the world of espresso? The Solis Perfetta offers an excellent platform that will get you started and more. Engineered with new users in mind, but able to keep up with enthusiasts’ needs, the Perfetta is the perfect fit for new home baristas and those looking for a little more. What really sets the Perfetta apart is the range of higher end features that you get in this affordable machine. Programmable shot timing allows you to dial in your perfect shot and replicate it every time. A single hole steam wand gives you exceptional milk control and the ability to create impressive microfoam, especially considering this machine’s cost. The Solis Perfetta is powered by a themoblock boiler that provides a quick 1 minute heat up time and consistent, adjustable temperatures for brewing and steaming. Auto-purge solenoids help with pressure regulation in your shots to prevent mess and make backflushing a breeze. We’re also impressed with the Perfetta’s included hot water spout, a feature we don’t often see on machines this compact. Further, the Perfetta offers standard pressurized and non-pressurized baskets, the latter working well with pre-ground coffee and pods to help get you started. Finally, the Perfetta features a large, readable pressure gauge, which helps you dial in a delicious shot.
