XPER Gas Cooker 90Cm

Xper XGO90CI 90cm Gas Cooker: Italian Burners, Cast Iron Strength, Family-Sized Cooking The Xper XGO90CI is built for exactly that story. This 90cm freestanding gas cooker pairs five premium Italian SABAF burners with heavy-duty cast iron pan supports and a dedicated wok support, then adds a spacious double turbo fan convection oven that bakes and roasts evenly from the front of the tray to the back. With a full flame failure safety device, automatic ignition, a touch digital timer, and a soft-close door, the XGO90CI brings professional confidence and everyday convenience together in one beautifully proportioned appliance for homes. Cast Iron Pan Supports and Wok Support: Built to Carry the Heavy Pots Lightweight enamel grids flex and wobble under the weight of a full stockpot. The XGO90CI uses solid cast iron pan supports that stay perfectly stable under heavy cookware. Cast iron also distributes contact heat evenly and resists warping over years of daily use, making it the material of choice for serious home cooks. The dedicated wok support cradles round-bottomed pans securely over the burner, giving you the stability needed for fast, high-heat cooking. Whether you are tossing vegetables, preparing a quick sautéed dish, or browning onions in quantity for a large batch of mujaddara, the wok support keeps everything steady and safe. Safety First: Flame Failure Device and Automatic Ignition In a busy family kitchen, safety is not optional. The XGO90CI features a full Flame Failure Device (FFD) that automatically cuts the gas supply if a flame is accidentally extinguished by a draught, a boil-over, or a curious child. This protection gives genuine peace of mind, especially in homes where children and grandparents share the kitchen. Automatic full ignition lights the burners instantly with a simple turn of the knob, so there is no need for matches or separate lighters. The touch digital timer lets you set precise cooking times for baked dishes, so you can step away to greet guests or set the table without worrying about overcooking.
