La Germania Cooker Top 60cm

La Germania 60cm Gas on Glass Hob with Lateral Wok – P604LLAGGN The P604LLAGGN La Germania 60cm Gas on Glass Hob delivers the responsiveness of real gas flames on a polished tempered black glass surface that cleans in seconds. With 4 matt black monobloc burners including a lateral 4 kW wok burner, individual cast iron pan supports, a flame failure safety device on every burner, and one-hand ignition, this Futura Series hob is the Italian answer to kitchens that demand both serious cooking power and effortless style. Made in Italy by Bertazzoni since 1882. 4 Gas Burners with Lateral 4 kW Wok The P604LLAGGN positions its 4 kW wok burner on the left side (lateral placement), freeing the center of the hob for standard pots and giving the wok burner maximum clearance for large woks and oversized skillets. This layout is optimized for cooks who use the wok frequently and need the surrounding burners accessible at the same time. Monobloc Burners: One Piece, Zero Hassle La Germania’s matt black monobloc burners integrate the burner cap, flame spreader, and body into a single unit. No separate parts to misalign, no gaps for grease to enter, and dramatically faster cleanup. The matt black finish coordinates perfectly with the glass surface, creating a unified, all-black aesthetic that looks intentional and refined. The flame pattern stays precisely centered every time you cook. Tempered Black Glass with Bevelled Edge The 6 mm tempered black glass surface is heat-resistant, easy to clean, and transforms your countertop into a sleek cooking surface with no raised edges or deep crevices. A single wipe after cooking is all it takes. The bevelled front edge adds a polished finishing detail and enables semi-flush installation for a seamless, built-in look. For open-plan Lebanese apartments where the kitchen is visible from the living space, this hob doubles as a design feature. Individual Cast Iron Pan Supports Each burner sits on its own individual cast iron pan support, providing independent, rock-solid stability for each pot or pan. The individual design means you can remove and clean one support without disturbing the others. Cast iron absorbs impact, handles extreme heat, and gets more durable with use, making it the professional’s choice for heavy daily cooking. Full Safety and Precise Metal Controls A flame failure safety device on every burner automatically shuts off gas if a flame is accidentally blown out. One-hand ignition lights each burner with a single twist of the control knob. Metal knobs with the signature “Mille Luci” finish provide precise flame adjustment with a satisfying, professional feel. The hob requires only 1W of electrical power for ignition, making it virtually grid-independent. During Lebanon’s power outages, every burner can be lit manually with a match, ensuring your cooking never stops. Easy Built-In Installation The P604LLAGGN fits standard 60 cm hob cutouts with external dimensions of approximately 602 × 522 mm and a cutout of approximately 560 × 490 mm. At just ~50 mm deep, it sits nearly flush with your countertop for a clean, integrated appearance. Professional installation with a gas connection is required.
