Bosch Serie 8 Induction Hob 90cm

The Bosch Serie 8 Induction Hob (PIV975DC1E) brings culinary precision and modern styling into a generous 90 cm surface-mount profile. Finished in durable black ceramic glass with a Design Frame (beveled front and rear with stainless steel side profiles) , this hob integrates cleanly into modern countertops while shielding glass edges from everyday pot and pan impacts. Across its 5 independent cooking zones , the cooktop delivers an impressive 11,100 W total connected electric load , accommodating large-scale meal preparation with ease. A centerpiece 32 cm triple-ring zone dynamically adjusts to small saucepans, medium skillets, or oversized paella pans and stockpots. Navigating temperatures is effortless thanks to DirectSelect Premium , an intuitive 30 cm wide touch interface that remains invisible when powered down and displays all cooking options clearly when active. Advanced temperature regulation is anchored by the PerfectFry frying sensor , which continuously monitors pan temperatures to eliminate scorching and uneven frying. Every zone is equipped with PowerBoost and specialized PanBoost functions, providing up to 50% extra power to boil water rapidly or heat up coated pans quickly without thermal damage. Key Features DirectSelect Premium Touch Interface: Spacious and responsive touch control panel lets you select cooking zones, 17 power stages, and timer settings directly. Versatile 32cm Triple-Ring Element: Flexible circular zone expands across 3 diameters to match compact pots or extra-wide cookware up to 32 cm. PerfectFry Frying Sensor: Monitors and stabilizes pan temperature automatically to ensure even browning without burning. PowerBoost & PanBoost on All Zones: Provides rapid power surges to dramatically cut boiling times and pre-heat pans safely. Design Frame Styling: Elegant front and rear beveled facets with brushed side profiles provide enhanced edge protection and clean aesthetics. Comprehensive Multi-Timer System: Includes individual zone switch-off timers, an independent count-down alarm, and an elapsed count-up timer.
