Slatefiber Innovation – Dynamic and Balanced At the core of Theva N°2’s acoustic signature is Focal’s Slatefiber cone technology , crafted in France from recycled carbon fibers. This advanced material offers the perfect balance between rigidity, damping, and lightness , allowing the drivers to respond quickly and cleanly to every nuance in your music. The result is a dynamic and neutral sound with natural tones, ideal for both stereo listening and home cinema applications. Tailored Performance for Small to Medium Rooms With a frequency response extending from 53Hz to 28kHz , and a sensitivity of 89 dB , the Theva N°2 offers balanced and expressive sound—ideal for medium to small listening rooms where space is limited but sonic quality cannot be compromised. Its smaller woofers produce tight, controlled bass, while the dedicated midrange ensures that vocals and instruments retain warmth and clarity. This makes the Theva N°2 an excellent match for a wide range of musical styles, from acoustic and vocal to electronic and cinematic content. French Elegance and Functional Design Focal’s attention to detail is evident in every aspect of the Theva N°2’s construction. The cabinet features a slightly angled front baffle for improved Time Alignment, ensuring sound waves from each driver reach the listener at the same time. This subtle tilt enhances imaging and phase coherence for a more realistic listening experience. Available in Black , Dark Wood , and Light Wood finishes, the speaker’s modern aesthetic is complemented by a refined base with adjustable spikes and a magnetic grille that preserves its clean visual lines.
