Bosch Serie 8 Built-In Warming Drawer 60 x 14 cm Black

The Bosch Serie 8 Built-In Warming Drawer (BIC7101B1B) combines modern culinary utility with minimalist European design in a compact 14 cm height profile. Finished in pure black glass , its handleless facade integrates smoothly underneath Bosch 45 cm compact appliances—such as Serie 8 built-in coffee machines, compact ovens, or combi-microwaves—to complete a standard 60 cm cabinetry niche. Operating with an efficient 820 W heating system , the drawer delivers precise temperature adjustments ranging from 30°C to 80°C across 6 power levels . It provides far more than simple tableware heating: while it easily preheats up to 64 espresso cups or 12 dinner plates (26 cm diameter) to keep served meals and beverages at optimal tasting temperatures, it also doubles as a culinary appliance. Users can utilize the drawer for low-temperature slow cooking of tender meats, gently defrosting delicate foods, proving yeast dough, or simply keeping finished courses warm until serving. Access is effortless thanks to the ergonomic Push&Pull spring mechanism , which opens and closes smoothly with a light touch to the glass front. Settings can be managed directly via the integrated touch control panel or remotely via Home Connect Wi-Fi , allowing users to initiate warming cycles, set timers, and adjust temperatures directly from a smartphone or tablet.
