Candy Fridge 5 CFT

Candy COT1S45EW Comfort Under-Counter Fridge – 106 Litres of Smart Cooling in Slim White Enjoy reliable everyday refrigeration in the slimmest possible footprint with the Candy COT1S45EW Comfort, a 106-litre single-door under-counter fridge with a built-in 4-star freezer compartment, LED interior lighting, and near-silent 39 dB operation in a clean white finish just 50 cm wide. Designed by Candy, a leading European appliance brand, this compact freestanding refrigerator tucks neatly under any standard kitchen worktop while providing a practical 91-litre fridge section and a 15-litre top-mounted freezer. Whether you need a primary fridge for a small kitchen, a student apartment essential, a staff room cooler, or a supplementary unit for overflow storage, the COT1S45EW delivers dependable cooling in an efficient, affordable package. 106-Litre Capacity with 4-Star Freezer The COT1S45EW packs a well-organised 91-litre fridge compartment and a 15-litre top-mounted freezer into a single-door body that slides effortlessly under a standard countertop. The fridge section features 2 glass shelves (1+1 adjustable) for flexible storage configurations, 3 door balconies with white frames for bottles, condiments, dairy, and sauces, and a crisper drawer at the bottom for fresh fruits and vegetables. The 4-star freezer compartment with 1 shelf accommodates ice cream, frozen vegetables, small meat portions, and ready meals, with a 2.6 kg/24h freezing capacity for fresh food preservation. This combined layout gives you a complete fridge-freezer solution in a body barely larger than a bedside table. Ultra-Slim 50 cm Width: Fits the Tightest Spaces At just 50 cm wide, 57 cm deep, and 84 cm tall, the COT1S45EW is one of the slimmest under-counter fridges available. This narrow width is specifically designed for kitchens where every centimetre matters: small Lebanese apartments in Beirut, compact studio flats, narrow galley kitchens, office kitchenettes, and hotel rooms where a standard 55–60 cm fridge would be too wide. Despite its slim profile, the 106-litre total capacity provides ample room for daily essentials for one to two people, or serves as a generous supplementary fridge for a larger household. The reversible door allows left or right opening to accommodate your specific layout. LED Interior Lighting Unlike many compact fridges that use older incandescent bulbs, the COT1S45EW features energy-efficient LED interior lighting that provides bright, even illumination across the entire fridge compartment without generating heat. LED technology lasts far longer than traditional bulbs, reducing the need for replacement, and contributes to the overall energy efficiency of the appliance. Whether you are reaching for a late-night snack or organising your groceries after a market run, the LED light makes it easy to see everything inside at a glance. Automatic Fridge Defrost The fridge compartment features automatic defrost, meaning condensation and moisture are managed without any manual intervention. The system periodically cycles to prevent ice buildup on the back wall of the fridge, keeping the interior clean and the cooling system running efficiently. This eliminates the tedious task of manual defrosting that smaller fridges often require. The freezer compartment uses manual defrost, which is standard for this size category and only needs occasional attention when a thin layer of frost accumulates.
