Same PS5, $450 or $899: why is the gap between Lebanese shops this big?

Last night's crawl saw the PS5 Slim in stock at 49 shops in Lebanon. Cheapest listing: $450. Most expensive: $899. Same console, same box, nearly double. It is not only the PS5. A Galaxy A17 goes from $172 to $346 across 43 shops. A MacBook Neo 13" (A18) from $695 to $1,150 across 53 shops. Part of that is storage or bundles, but a lot of it is just... the shop. So, honest question for people who buy regularly: - Have you ever paid near the top of that range and only found out later? - Is the expensive shop giving you something real (warranty stamp, delivery, after-sales), or is it just location? - Does anyone actually negotiate on electronics in Beirut any more, or is the sticker the sticker? Share what you paid and where it sat in the range. If you want to check a model yourself, the compare page lists every shop's price side by side, re-checked every night.
